How do online yoga classes work?
After enrolling, you'll receive a Zoom link for live sessions. Classes are interactive — I provide real-time adjustments and answer questions. All sessions are recorded and available in your private student portal, so you can practice anytime.
Can I join from any country?
Absolutely! I have students from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, UAE, Singapore, Japan, and many more countries. Timings are flexible across time zones (IST, EST, PST, GMT, AEST), and recordings are available for those who cannot attend live.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
All my courses are designed for all levels. Beginners receive extra guidance, step-by-step instructions, and modifications. We start with foundational postures and gradually build strength, flexibility, and confidence. No prior experience needed.
What equipment do I need?
Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a stable internet connection. Optional props that enhance practice: yoga blocks, a strap, a cushion for meditation, and a blanket for relaxation.
How long are the courses?
Group classes range from 45 to 75 minutes. Private sessions are flexible (30 to 90 minutes based on your needs). The 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training program runs for 3 months with weekly live sessions and self-study materials.
What are the fees?

Do you offer certificates?
Yes! Completion certificates are provided for the 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Pranayama Specialist Course, and Therapeutic Yoga programs. Group class participants receive a participation certificate upon request after completing a minimum number of sessions.
