Namaste, I'm Midhun Krishna, a passionate yoga teacher, researcher, and holistic guide based in Kerala, the southern heartland of India where yoga has flourished for millennia. My own journey into yoga began not merely as physical exercise but as a quest for deeper meaning, inner balance, and authentic well-being.
I hold a Master's degree in Yoga (M.Sc. Yoga) from the prestigious Swami Vivekananda Yoga University (S-VYASA), Bengaluru — a world-renowned institution that bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern medical science. During my rigorous academic training, I specialized in yoga therapy, research methodologies, and the therapeutic applications of asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
My research experience allowed me to work closely with individuals across a wide spectrum of health conditions — from stress-related disorders to chronic illnesses. I witnessed first-hand how systematic yogic practices can reduce anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, enhance respiratory function, and bring profound mental clarity. This scientific validation strengthened my belief that yoga is not a one-size-fits-all approach but a personalized, transformative tool for healing.

After completing my Master's, I founded The Krishh Yoga with a clear vision: to make yoga practical, accessible, and deeply transformative. I don't believe in rigid, intimidating practices. Instead, I design each session to integrate movement (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), meditative awareness, and guided relaxation — tailored to the individual's needs, whether they are a busy professional, a senior citizen, or a complete beginner.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching 350+ clients across 8+ countries — from the United States and Canada to Australia, Europe, and across India. My online and in-person classes have helped people regain flexibility, reduce chronic pain, manage stress, and rediscover a sense of peace.
As a researcher at heart, I continuously update my knowledge with the latest studies in yogic science, neuroscience, and holistic health. I bring this evidence-based approach into every class, ensuring that what you practice is both traditional and scientifically sound.
