Namaste, Midhun Krishna here, Yoga Teacher and practitioner based in Kerala, south of India. I hold a Master's degree in Yoga from Swami Vivekananda Yoga University, where I developed a strong foundation in both the traditional wisdom and scientific approach to yogic practices.

During my academic journey and research training, I had the opportunity to work with individuals across a wide range of conditions, applying yogic techniques in therapeutic settings. This hands-on experience allows me to bridge theory and practice — bringing what I study and research directly into my sessions.

My approach is more personalized, practical, and result-oriented, focusing on long-term healing rather than temporary relief.

The Krishh Yoga is a reflection of a personal journey into yoga, therapy, and holistic healing. This space is built on the intention of making yoga practical, accessible, and deeply transformative.

Here, yoga is not approached as a purely physical exercise. Each session is designed to bring together movement (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), meditative awareness, and guided relaxation.

This is a guided practice for deep rest and conscious relaxation through the method of yoga nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep." This program has been developed through dedicated practice, research, and experience from conducting retreats and workshops, with the aim of offering a practical and effective approach to better sleep and mental relaxation.
